Does your nervous system feel . . . nervous? Our common name for this complex neurobiological network prioritizes the fight-flight-freeze response, neglecting its greater function: sensation. How do we know we’re safe? Sensory information. How do we know danger? We sense it. If chronic stress, dysregulation, or illness define your experience, this group holds gentle space, providing practices and paradigms for redefining and re-experiencing your sensory-nervous system and restoring capacity for sensation, integration, and aliveness. Open to all bodies. Online cohort available upon request.
